Let’s do the anti-aging by the yoga.

I think ..dieting purpose.. starter of the yoga rather than the anti-aging to be a lot of. However, the yoga seen from the anti-aging side becomes recognition called a movement that can be slowly continued by my pace without impossibility though the movement is a movement.
There is variously purpose and various effects like the yoga etc. done for the yoga and dieting done for the correction of the body can be expected though India is a birthplace in the yoga.
The yoga is unnecessary, easy, and begins to be easy at home, that is, say a special preparation. However, if a wrong yoga is done, it becomes not significant by no injury and getting good results. I want to teach the knowledge known before starting the yoga here.
There are two notes in the yoga.
One is that the yoga cures the distortion of the body. Saying as the person is sure to have the distortion in the body. Saying as the distortion the yoga is to be able to cure poor and the distortion of posture varies from person to person. Because it is likely to deprave it oppositely if the yoga is not done after it knows my distortion well, attention is needed.
Another one is that there are quite a lot of cases that try to take the posture of the yoga forcibly and get arthritiss etc. by extending the stripe too much.
The thing of not overworking after it knows my limit and state well is important.
Doing too much becomes the cause of the injury. Let’s do not overwork, do the yoga in voluminous feelings, and become an anti-aging.
